BB - I feel good this week. I've even been running a little. However I'm going to pass on the race this weekend. I want to go out and yell at peeps so don't be surprised if you see me in campus on the last hill. Good Luck.
Nick - Funny you add the bash on running. This was my method for training for the DD. I think my total rides for the last two months tallied 6ish. Running I lost count.
