Some Luck

A brief absence from the blog o' sphere. Finally felling above 80% and letting everyone who cares know I'm OK. Testing positive for Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, a dirty little bastard of a situation that leaves you feeling like shit all the time. Spread through a certain type of tick bit. Only 800 cases reported a year in the US (some luck). However not as bad as Lyme Disease plus it's curable with enough antibiotics. It's taken close to five months to regain some energy to ride or anything else exercise related. So now it's fall and most races are over and I'm ready to build up some fitness. So if someones looking for some slower fall routes give me shout.

Looking forward to the Harrisburg Short Track Series starting 10/27. I'll be suffering but what's new.

Did you see the 12 or 6 hour race on November 3, 2007 in Rock Hill?
Interested? I think I am going to participate.
I am going to try to squeeze in a few of the short track races and hopefully the SWANK on 11/11.
Let me know if you are interested.
